Called five times to get our meter installed one year later still not done is anybody out there working This is just ridiculous

Worst of the worst service. They have a complete mess in this facility. Water meter reading and billing issues. They bill in January 2020 the current account holder, who opened and account in August 2019, for months preceding August 2019, that were already paid by previous account holder whose account was finalized in November 29, 2019. They billed me 2700 in 2018 for three previous years saying the meter was broken and the readings were wrong, even I paid every month . They punish clients for their own mistakes. Unfortunately, they are monopolists leaving you with no choice.
They have now put a massive 5G cell tower right next to the water treatment facility. So now our already poisoned water we pay a ton of money for it being dosed with never before seen amounts of radiation from the cell tower. How is this legal??? How are citizens of Roswell so apathetic they don't even care??
Check their website out. There isn't anything there other than billing. And even that can take 60 days to access. Textbook incompetence.
Most backward system, it took them 25 years to put up a website. Prices are way too high for the funky service they provide, and when you call the office you are treated dismissively.
WORSE SERVICE HOLDING TIME WAS 45 minutes!!!! No call back feature.. No service why don't they hire more staff or have a call back number service like other great providers.. Problem is you HAVE to use them no choice.. Need deregulation on water!!!!!!
