Moved into Horseshoe Bend in October 2020. Got a packet of information on membership and saw that it was 10,000 initiation plus monthly costs and quarterly minimums. Emailed the club in January 2021, found the initiation fee had risen to 15,000 along with other increases. Absolutely beautiful course from my walks through the neighborhood but just cannot justify 15k for the blessing to become a member and almost 8k a year in monthly dues.
