Went in on Monday June 11, 2018 and was brought back within 2 to 3 minutes to go over paperwork and my co-insurance. Since I did not have 263.00 at the time of service I had to reschedule for Friday June 15th. I asked her if I could take the paperwork with me to read over and sign and she said you can read over everything but do not sign the paperwork. Now it's Friday go in a couple minutes before my appointment that they told me was at 1pm. once in I told the receptionist that I already had the paperwork and that I would go sit down and start signing off on everything. She never told me once I was done to hand them to her because she couldn't start the process until she had them in her hands. I was confused since Monday I was called back to a room to fill them out. Meanwhile I sit there for 30 minutes and finally ask the receptionist when is my appointment , she said 1:30pm and I need your paperwork to get everything started? So i wasted 30 minutes sitting there. Then 8 more minutes go by and I was finally called back by the same lady on Monday and told her that if the receptionist would have told me to begin with to hand them back to her I would have . I only had 1 hour to spare for lunch . This process should not take that long considering I was the only human being in that building the entire time. I just feel like ever since North Side hospital took over the service has gone down hill drastically . I know since my daughter ( shes married so has a different last name than me) had one done about 1 month ago and my husband has been here as well. I left that building very frustrated and just flat out pissed!

I can't begin to understand the poor reviews some gave this place. I had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional.

I went there maybe a year or so ago and they left me in the Scanner so long that I feel asleep and what seemed like an hour or two later a totally different person came and go me out and said that the other two had went on lunch or left or something like that. I just kept thinking I hope I don't get cancer from all that RADIATION!!

I arranged for appointment one month in advance The day of the CAT scan they called me while on the way to the appointment to tell me they needed the “doctors order”. Luckily I kept a copy. Then upon arrival the said they needed a proprietary form for their ‘study’ and without it I could get the cat scan. Dr was on vacation. So I told them do it anyway. Don’t go here for CAT scan. Worst experience ever at medical provider
