Very nice receptionist and nurse I’ve seen that day when I went in but the wait time was very long for I’m not sure what reason because they weren’t busy, it was just me in there but they were talking a lot in the back instead of staying in the front but that’s besides the point. They also do not answer the phone like ever. You’re best going in person for whatever question you need or even for a follow up on test results.

Natalie is the best. Period. She provides great service. Polite. Kind. I call her and she always gets me in. She has been so helpful in these times of uncertainty. I recommend this place everyday. The NP is sweet. In and out. No games. Easy to deal with. Easy to talk to. I won’t go anywhere else.

Being tested at this Peachtree Immediate Care in Roswell was so easy. Stayed in my car. Karen came out n took pictures of my Drivers License n Insurance Card. Nurse came out n gave me the test. Later, Doctor came out n told me I was Positive. She also checked my breathing. I am feeling fine, no symptoms. Following up w/Telemed on Wed, 1/20/21.

This urgent care was easy to go to when I wasn’t feeling well. All the staff members were great and patient. The provider that I saw was very nice and seemed to care about me feeling better which is very comforting right now.
