Our experience with Property Masters Landscaping was great from start to finish. Jake worked with us to develop a plan to refresh the landscaping on the side of our home and address a drainage issue near our basement door. The communication with Jake was great and he made sure to answer all of our questions and address any concerns. Connor and his crew did an outstanding job executing the project and we are very happy with the results. They were very professional and friendly. We look forward to working the the Property Masters team on future landscape projects be at our home. Thank you!

We had a phenomenal experience this summer with Property Masters! We were wanting to redo our backyard for about 7 years, and when covid hit and we were going to be home for a while we figured now was the time, and started researching companies to do the job. Trevor came out for the estimate and offered his design opinions and installation details and right away we knew we were dealing with a professional (and our architect parents who were on site felt the same way). Our project foreman/manager Todd was meticulous when they installed our patio pavers, when they were grading the land, addressing water drainage issues, and even constructing a seating area built into a boulder retaining wall. They were always on time, worked when it was raining to ensure the water would not ruin partially done work, and worked with our schedule when we had timing/permit delays. We have already called them back for more work and are pleased to say we have no more future research to do because they are our outdoor company from here on out. In addition to all this Trevor's estimates and actual costs were spot on and there were no surprise costs. We knew the quality of their work was going to be good after our initial design consultation, but we never imagined it would be perfect. We are very thankful for the crew, and we can't wait to get them back here for our next project!
We had a terrific experience with Lance as our Project Manager, and the Foreman, Gus. Lance was very patient with us during the design process, as our scope was undetermined, and he came out a few times to make suggestions, and was always prompt with his response and estimates. During the build process, our foreman was ON TOP of it, as Lance had a family emergency that took him out - and we were completely comfortable having Gus lead the charge. He was über professional, prompt, managed his crew effectively, implemented the plans (and even created what will be a living wall in the future) and cleaned up well. This was a quality job and we are very pleased with the work.

Half of our backyard was solid moss, grass quit growing. We hired Property Masters to come out and design this area with shrubs etc. Lance did an awesome job of tying in the other parts of our yard. He said it would take 2 days and could start probably in 2 weeks depending on the weather(this was Feb!) He nailed it with a break in weather. Zoe was so great to work with in the office. This company has it going on, so organized, easy to talk to and punctual. They call the morning of to check in and report to duty on time.
