I posted a review nine months ago, when I first moved in, and I'm updating my review now. This has been a phenomenal place to live for the past nine months. I lucked out moving here when Covid first started as I was able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to the nature trail while being socially distanced. Management has been incredibly professional and courteous. The apartment is fantastic and so is the community. Really, I have nothing but nice things to say!

Great and professional NEW staff. I use to live here in 2014 and I can see the difference between ownership then and now. This complex literally has the best lake in Atlanta area. The location offers so much to do and be active outdoors. Most of all, its quiet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall, this is a great bang for your buck. The apartments are very large, theres a lot of natural light, and it is close to downtown Roswell, 400, and shopping. The lake path is awesome and it is less than 1 mile to the Roswell Trail. The interiors are somewhat dated, but the new management seems to be renovating them well. The closets are on the smaller side and there is no garbage disposal. There have been a few hiccups with the water supply (cut off for 24 hrs 4 times over the summer) and the trash compactor has broken a few times, but these issues have been resolved since the new management team took over. Overall, great place for the space and the amenities, but the interiors are not \brand new\.

Pros - friendly neighbors, beautiful lake and paths. We definitely moved here for the amenities. Cons - old apartments. Pealing paint, poorly installed flooring that was torn before we even moved in. Make sure that you take the time to fill out your move in paperwork meticulously. Also move in is a nightmare for most apartments because parking lots are not near many buildings. Staff is friendly but they only seem to care about maintenance before the owner’s inspections. They pick and choose which rules they follow based on if they are expecting the owners so expect to see all sorts of things kept of peoples’ porches that after months are suddenly against the rules and need to be removed immediately. They are stricter on apartments that are more visible. Despite the governor allowing gyms to be reopened, the gym is still closed, the pool is opening late and the playgrounds were closed off well after restrictions were lifted. No monetary compensation was offered to make up for this laziness. Finally parking is a nightmare. There are too many apartments for the limited number of spaces available. Instead of adding parking spaces or even adding new lots between buildings they have increased towing for improperly parked vehicles- mind you there are frequently no spaces available. Today they notified residents that we will have to put parking passes on our cars or they will be towed and they are apparently now going to be paying a parking attendant to enforce towing. I understand the use of parking passes in urban areas where parking is limited but our complex is located in a neighborhood. No one parks in the complex except for residents and their guests, so they’re just making us damage our vehicles for the sake of appearing to “take action.”
