I’ve never been to such a rude post office in my life. They were rude to my child and me. FYI they don’t provide tape. If you need tape, tape it at home or buy their tape for 4. The workers here seemed to hate their job. I would be grateful to have a job in this pandemic but evidently not the people at this branch.

I work near by and I have to deal with the post office constantly as my store takes in packages for them. They on several occasions: refused to take packages, not show up for days on end, say they will call people to come pick up and they never do, lose packages, and worst of all they deliver me the mail for EVERYONE IN THE SHOPPING CENTER AND MORE! I have received the mail for communities not even remotely close to here... LIKE ALL THE MAIL! I have gotten all the mail for the apartment complexes behind my business. I could go on and on. But let me give you a story. At my job, again we get mail constantly from them, THE HEAD OF THE USPS facility came in, KICKING ONE OF OUR PACKAGES THROUGH THE PARKING LOT, KICKING ONE INTO MY STORE, INFRONT OF CUSTOMERS, RUNNING BEHIND MY COUNTER FOR REASONS UNKOWN, REFUSES TO PICK UP THE PACKAGES, AND THEN LEAVES! The saddest part, one of the kindest and hard working women on the planet works there. When she delivers our mail, nothing is wrong. I am so sorry she has to deal with some of the most room temperature IQ people on the planet. For the record, the USPS only exists because it is in our Constitution that they have to exist.

Work at nearby office and everyone at my company that has had to go to this post office came back complaining about the horrible attitude of the employees. I've been going there almost daily for 5 years and I can attest to this. If you don't everything exactly how they want you to do it they will snap at you. Make a minor mistake? Prepare to get chewed out and sometimes sent to the back of the line to fix it. They will actually shout at you just because you didn't know all the little intricacies of how they do things, just immediately assume you're on thin ice with these people

Better than the average post office in my neck of the woods, with more products, more space, but the same low-level of customer service. They have greeting cards, which is something that I've never seen in a USPS location. Keep in mind that my hometown isn't all that big and I usually go to the post office in Bagdad, FL instead of waiting for the human sloths at the main branch to get crackin' and do some actual work. Parking isn't an issue, other than dodging the Mario Andretti wannabes zooming around like they are important people and have someplace to be. Watch for those nimrods and you'll be fine.

If there were 0 starts, I would give 0.... Terrible, unfortunately service. They do not know basic things they are supposed to know, doesn't give all the information and cause you to almost pay double due to their ignorance.
