My elderly father misplaced a grandfather clock key about a year ago. I searched everywhere but couldn't find it. Unfortunately, this particular clock didn't accept the typical universal key and the manufacturer couldn't help either. I stopped by Unlock It and asked if they could possibly measure and make a new key for the clock so I could access the upper and lower cabinets. I sent them pictures and was quite pleased to learn they would send out a technician and felt confident they could rectify the problem. Hadi Wahba came to the house [on time, very professional and very warm-hearted]. Within 30 minutes, he'd made a key that opened both cabinets. But the real kicker ...? Once he opened the lower cabinet, there sat the original key up against one wall of the cabinet. [I'd even shined a flashlight through the glass cabinet and didn't see the key.] My Dad had apparently knocked the key into the locked cabinet through one of the side-panel doors that don't lock. I was very, very happy with the professional service and the price but the best part of the experience was the gracious nature of Hadi Wahba, especially after I told him my 94-year-old Dad had passed several weeks earlier and had left the clock for me in his will. I highly recommend these professionals!

I called Unlockit to repair a storm door lock at my home. When I initially called to inquire about their services, I was presented with repair options and estimated prices for each type of repair. I proceeded with scheduling service, and the technician arrived on time - actually a few minutes early. The technician (Jonathan) was professional and kind. The repair was completed within an hour and the invoice was exactly as described by the scheduling office. Hopefully I won't need a locksmith again, but if I do, I'm calling Unlockit.

UnlockIt’s technician (George) came out and attempted a repair on our keyless entry. We talked about the repair having a 60 day warranty in case it didn’t work. We did have to call the company back out when the lock stopped working again. The tech came back out quickly and replaced the entire lock. He also went above and beyond by lining up the door/lock better so it functioned more smoothly. He also cleaned up after himself, which is so rare these days! The communication was spectacular, service was great, price was reasonable, and the tech left our house spotless. We will definitely use this company again!
