I went to Batteries Plus to get a new battery for my Galaxy 6. I set up the online appointment and came in to Batteries Plus .The work took about 30 min -The employee was very helpful and my phone works great now. Thanks for making it so easy.

Very easy to get the battery changes. I recommend making an appointment on-line (you get a discount) and the process is simple. Will have to wait to see how/if my phone performance improves, but very happy with service.

I dropped my phone and wasn't able to get access into it. Garth was so nice and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about what was possibly wrong. Only took him about an hour to repair. He did a great job! And I found a 10 coupon for smartphone repair. I would definitely recommend this place.
