The service tech who initially came out to set us up was very polite, friendly and helpful; however, when we needed more supplies, that was a different story. NONE of the equipment was labeled and, as the company was referred through our doctor, we never got the name. I called half a dozen different companies trying to see of they were the ones. I finally got the company name by looking at insurance billing statements. Once I called them, I waited on hold for over 5 minutes even though the recorded voice said I was first in the queue. You would think that, if they really wanted to do business, their products would be labeled as well as making notes as to when the various supplies would run out and make follow up calls to see if we needed more supplies. If they weren't the preferred supplier for our doctor and insurance, I would cancel our service.

The Midvale staff was great. My problem is with the corporate billing office. They over charged me to cover my deductible and my deductible had already been paid. They RFEUSED to refund my money!!! Plus the woman in the billing department was clueless. Not to mention I was on hold for 40 minutes then she disconnected me and had to hold again for 50 minutes and she had to put me on hold again to ask questions to her supervisor. TERRIBLE customer service
If your cpap is not covered by insurance, these guys are NOT interested in your money at all. They will come and repossess it without giving you a chance to pay for it another way. Very strange way to do business. On a good note however, they did a great job getting an extension on my insurance claim... Too bad they didn't call me before sending someone to reposess. Could have saved everyone the trouble.
Horrible. Came to room at discharge the get home address, said they would be at residence to set up oxygen. No calls, no oxygen setup... No on call help, just after hours call service. Woke up with empty tank given at hospital. Currently off to emergency room because the order is constant oxygen 2 lpm. Emergency tank only lasts 9 hours.. They certainly are aware of that. Have now cause unnecessary ER visit, I am looking for new company, and a call to hospital admin and CMS. I do NOT recommend this companies service. Discharge was 12 noon yesterday with promise by this companies SALES GUY" that he would send someone for home oxygen yesterday... EPIC FAIL
I was down with the Corona Virus and a gentleman by the name of Anthony delivered my oxygen. I am in the customer service field and I know genuine good customer service when I hear it. He definitely displayed that and more. I was down but his words gave me encouragement . Great Employee!
I have never had any problems with valley home medical
Had a lot of problems in the past with delivery drivers here but Richard Fiefia has turned this company around. He’s always on time and funny and a great guy all around. I have 2 friends that are with with Valley home medical and they know Richard as well and we are pleased with his service. He Looks scary and mean but super friendly when you meet him
We were so impressed how fast, friendly and prompt Anthony was, when he delivered my husbands oxygen supplies, after his release from the hospital. I highly recommend Rotech Healthcare..
