Amada was wonderful with my mom who had Parkinson’s. The first thing Patrick recommended was my mom get a U Step walker to make sure she would not fall. We ordered it and my mom loved it. Amada’s nursing aides were so hands on with her. The way Kathy interacted with our mom was very genuine. She helped her with showering and making sure she did not fall while she was walking. Her bedside manner was perfect. My family was very pleased with Amada Senior Care.
My dad recently fell in the shower and then needed hip surgery. The case manger at St David’s gave us a list of providers and after interviewing all of them it was clear Amada Senior Care was the best fit for my dad to help him with in home care after he was discharged. Tanya from Amada came to meet with our family at the hospital and explained to us how their nursing aides could help my dad while he’s recovering at home. Jenn their nursing aide was excellent with helping my dad with bathing, dressing, transferring and so much more. Our biggest concern was making sure he did not fall again while in the shower. Thank you Tanya and Jennifer for everything you have helped us with.
Tanya and Patrick are experts in long term care insurance! We were blown away with their knowledge on how to get a claim approved. Their nursing aides do an awesome job and it’s obvious they are very well trained. Their caregivers do an excellent job. We were very impressed with everything they do. There is something very special about this company. If you are looking for a senior care company for your parents look no further. We love Amada!
We have been using Amada Senior Care's services for over a year for our mom. They have been a super professional company from the start. In the beginning,Tanya came to her home for a safety inspection and she had some really great ideas about what we needed to changed in my mom's bathroom. The caregivers Amada selected for us were perfect. Their attention to all the details were great. We are very happy and plan on using Amada for a very long time.
