Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful. The process was smooth and easy. The salesman was not pushy, but very informative. Installation was quick and easy. Finance options were reasonable. Excellent customer service from sales, to installation, to finance. I highly recommend.

There was no telling how long the water softener in my parent's house had not been functioning. Needing to get the system replaced was a given, I just needed to figure out with what, and by whom. American Water is the local specialist and dealer I was refereed to by Kinetico's website, so I went ahead and contacted them to set an appointment for an evaluation. On her visit Erin was very helpful by discussing what the options were, their pricing, and how they offered financing with no interest for 12 months. After making a decision the Installation was quickly scheduled and the process was taken care of without any issues. That being said, I highly recommend American Water.

I am pleased with the overall experience. American Water provides top of the line water systems for your home at great prices. But it does not end there, the service personnel are very professional. They even answered all my questions and provided on the spot training. Now, I ran some PPM tests and also strip tests looking at 15 variants on the water. The results were impressive all around. The water from the RO SYSTEM taste great. Now I am drinking more water than before. I had filters and a water softener, but the results were not as good as these.

The service from American Water could not have been better. From the first phone call we placed for a free water test all the way through the installation of our softener system and RO under sink system, everything went perfectly. We now have what is needed to combat the hard water in Round Rock and provide our family with clean drinking water that tastes great. We are extremely happy!
