Five stars on cleanliness, run as a medical facility with thoughtful consideration durning the time of CoVid-19. Consideration and sanitation included separate pen holders for filling in forms. One marked sanitized pens(patient to fill in forms), the other marked need sanitized pens ( patient to place used pens.) I've not seen this elsewhere. Someone has really taken time to consider the vulnerability of those coming in for testing/imaging. Sometimes the small things make one feel they are in good hands.

5 stars! I went in for a sensitive procedure and my technician, Jeri, was FANTASTIC. She truly made an uncomfortable exam painless and quick. Scheduling was very easy, check in was a breeze. The waiting area was very crowded but plenty of seating and prompt staff. If you need radiology exams, make ARA your first stop. Thank you again, Jeri, you a true gem to the ARA crew.

My minor child and I had a wonderful experience at ARA Round Rock this morning. I thought the check in process was quick and easy even with the new procedures in place it didn’t take long at all. It surpassed my expectations. Lane was an excellent technician and took the time to explain and ensure my daughter was comfortable every step of the way. Thank you Lane and ARA. I met with four individual staffing members, including screening, reception and 2 imaging technicians--all were efficient, courteous, and friendly. I didn't have a scheduled appointment but, was in and out in under 20 minutes! Highly recommend ARA, Round Rock.

Kathy I just want to say that everyone at Rock Creek are very nice, caring and helpful there Customer Service Shines. The front desk ladies always have a smile and greet you with compassion. I love coming here because everyone is so helpful and are so caring and loving. I would recommend them to everyone.
