I would give zero stars if I could. Worst experience working with this company - unfortunately I have signed a contract. DO NOT sign a contract with them. The service is terrible and unacceptable. No one ever knows what is going on. Consistently missing deliveries and many times out of three per week we would get one delivery and still charge fees. I have NEVER had this much trouble with ANY VENDOR before! TERRIBLE.

Worst experience EVER! We have been in business since 94' and have never had so much trouble with a vendor. Constant missing items, lying drivers, constant change over of management. No one here has a clue what is going on. Takes months to get any credits due for missing items. We literally had a large dry erase board to document all the issues we had going on with them. Tried to legally cancel our contract for neglect on Aramark's end but they literally write every possible scenario into their contract and as long as they respond within a certain time period (30 days I think) they consider that to be working on your issue and will not budge. We contacted an attorney and mailed the certified letters like we were supposed to, what a waste of time. This accomplished absolutely nothing except waste more time I really didn't have to begin with. Do not use them unless you have hours to dedicate to your uniform billing. ** UPDATE ** So here we are two months later and I am STILL fighting with Aramark over the billing they did AFTER our contract was set to expire. I have spoken to their billing, customer service and regional manager and it has yet to be corrected. The funny thing was this is still happening after I was called by the new manager and told the same story about how everything will magically be fixed and hopefully we will give them another shot. I wish they would just fix this so I can move on with more important things.

I have to add to the long list of unsatisfied customers (I love how Aramark replies only to Angelique's review). I own an auto shop in Texas. Their services were abysmal. Drivers that didn't show up, brought incomplete uniforms, billed us for product we never received (pull towels). We cancelled our service with them due to their breach of contract, and they then billed us for all services. We paid for everything they provided and showed proof via spreadsheet. The issue went to 5 different people, including their final legal department. Their legal eagle said, "There is a clause in the contract that you are supposed to pay for services you don't receive" i.e. covering their *** when their driver doesn't show up. So they submitted my account to my credit report. Completely inept, unethical and greedy. GO. ELSEWHERE. I have signed with Admiral Linen since then and have been super happy.

I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE I EVER SIGNED ANYTHING. Working with this company so far has been a complete nightmare. They promise to make your life easier with their services, but I have had to chase after them every single week since we started to see if they forgot any of our line items, most often they forget at least one thing and charge us anyway. I have requested to terminate service with them, but they basically bullied me on the phone today in to staying with them because legally they have 30 days to fix service issues. I've been notifying them about service issues since they started, which is why I sent the cancellation letter but they want 30 more days to fix it. It is such a hassle trying to verify everything they're supposed to deliver which I shouldn't have to do but since they want to charge us for items we sometimes don't receive when we are supposed to, it is left up to me to make sure my company isn't getting cheated out of money. For a very small business that is in its first few months trying to get on its feet it has just been a headache. Also when items are missing from out delivery and I call about it it can take 3 days to hear back, but when i call custoemr service to cancel they call me within 2 hours. It just sucks. They have 2.1 stars on google for a reason.
