James and Pam were both great. I was impressed with the amount James offered me and it was more than fair for the quarters I took in.

After calling several out of state and local coin stores, I had the most pleasant experience, bar none, with James Arnold at Austin's Best Coin & Gold Exchange. He treated me with respect, professionalism, and was forthcoming with information. After meeting James in person, I was even more impressed! Very courteous, friendly and kind. Enjoyed his wealth of knowledge and experience. I would go back and highly recommend this gentlemen. Thank you for the great experience.

I stopped by today to check it out. We chatted with James for a while. He is an interesting fellow. As long as there aren't other customers waiting, he will spend as much time with you as needed. There was a 1 star comment saying the he charges for appraisals. If you are looking to sell, he will give free appraisals and make you an offer. If you are just looking for somebody to grade your collection..... let's face it, time is money. You should expect to pay for his time and expertise. Whatever we do, none of us work for free. I wouldn't expect James to either.
