When I first arrived at the rehab facility, I was a little hesitant because I thought it was going to be just like the other rehab I was previously in. Wow, was I totally wrong and surprised. You know that little saying, never judge a book by its cover. Well, it's true, I did that with out opening the book. I was amazed by how beautiful it was from the outside and the inside. I was greeted with open arms and smiling faces. As I was being wheeled to my room, I got a glimpse of all the beautiful fixtures and pictures on the wall. When I finally got to my room, I looked around and said, boy, this is really nice. The only thing I didn't like was in the bathroom because I believe that the paper towel dispenser should be next to the sink and not over the toilet. Oh well, miner details. I must say that the staff was very efficient and polite when answering the call light. They really tried very hard to make us feel comfortable considering the pandemic we are going through. I certainly admire how much the doctors, nurses and etc go out of their way to help us get better. Even though I was just there for 2 1/2 weeks for physical and occupational therapy, I can't believe how patient they were in helping me to get stronger and giving me the confidence that I was lacking to get back on my feet. Kudos to having a great staff and making us feel comfortable in your facility. If I ever need rehab again, I will certainly consider your facility and also recommend it to others. Sincerely, Virginia Wirtz

Although our Mom wasn’t there long, we found the staff to be kind, considerate and helpful. The facility was very nice as well. Thank you for caring and allowing for visits. It meant the world to us.

The staff at Bel Air took great care of my sister while she was there. She got great rehab the three weeks or so she was there. She was back to her old self when she got back home from rehab. Can't say anything but good things about the care she received. The facility is beautiful. 5 stars!

This place should be closed down. Neglect of patients, short staffed. Some aides are great, some should be fired, nurses are great. I went for 5 day PT and ended up 20 days with no PT because of COVID lockdown. Husband had to get me out. Horrible experience.

My mother is presently in this facility. The facility is beautiful, the aides/caregivers are awesome and most of the nurses are great except two. One is very arrogant, rude, lazy, and unconcerned. The other is very impatient. Both call themselves a nurse. I won't go into details because I plan to discuss this with the Director of Nurses. I often wonder if they were like that with just my mom or with all their patients. No need for a response, I noticed only the positive reviews got a response.
