Staff was friendly and helpful. Just not enough of them. I was there when they opened at 8am with my daughter to get COVID testing. Took almost two hours. They don’t take appointments so be prepared to wait. They gave us both the rapid test. But they also have another that returns results in 1 to 3 days. Insurance covered all.

Went in for a Covid test today. I registered online ahead of time and everything. I knew it would be a long wait and it was. I got there at 3:45 and it wasn’t until 5 that I was about to get my test. It was at that time that the doctor tells me that my exposure to someone who tested positive was too recent for reliable results and I really should get tested between 5-7 days after exposure. Why could no one tel me this before I waited for so long?! And on top of that I still had to pay my copay with no refund. I’d call that poor service. But I did appreciate the honesty of the doctor and explaining to me about the reliability of the test compared to when you were exposed. That’s why I gave this review two stars instead of just one.

Tried to charge for covid testing. Other area providers confirm this is wrong: Free rapid testing available nearby. Response to CareNow's Reply: \We aim to be transparent in billing\ CareNow was perfectly clear and completely wrong when they asked me for money before performing a test. No additional \clarity\ will change the basic transactional nature of what is being done: taking money from people who are afraid when they can receive the same service (walk-in, rapid covid test, administered in less than one hour, reporting results in less than two hours) completely free of charge at another Urgent Care facility close by as I did. By definition CareNow seeks to profit from this pandemic which is absolutely reprehensible. Neither my own, or anyone else's I've spoken with insurance company is charging a deductible for covid testing so representing your charges as my insurance copay seems like an egregious lie created in pursuit of profit. Instead of justifying your actions to me how about you tell it to someone else. I don't have any more patience or time to offer so to that end: I have notified the Texas and US departments of Health and Commerce as well as your parent corporation, affiliates and the local news stations about your genius policy to charge for covid testing while infection and death continue to increase.

Anytime my family has a injury and we can't see our primary doctor we got to MedSpring. Everyone is always courteous and helpful. They also offer in the room that you wait a TV with a remote for you to control. Amber, Thomas, and Bineeta are a super awesome team.
