I had a few appointments because I was experiencing hearing issues after my ears never popped from a flight. I saw Dr. Briggs every time. He was a nice guy, but seemed very busy with \go-go-go\ speed. In my final appointment, he referred me to get a hearing test, which they did not do at this location. I asked if it would be charged as a separate visit and he said NO. I went to the hearing test and waited for almost 30 minutes in an empty office. The hearing test came back perfect. A month later I got a bill charging me for both visits. I called the office and disputed this. They followed up a few days later and said there was nothing they could do. I just don't appreciate being told one thing, especially when I asked, and the answer not being true. Then the office taking zero responsibility for it.

Everyone at ENT & Allergy Center of Austin is amazing! Dr. Karen Stierman and her staff are all professional, personable, caring and attentive. Getting an appointement was very easy and the COVID protocol check-in was easy and safe. Our wait times have always been short as they work hard to stay on schedule. Our entire family has been a patient of Dr. Stierman for many years and my children have always felt comfortable and relaxed in her care. She truly cares for her patients and their well being. I highly recommend Dr. Stierman and ENT & Allergy Center of Austin.

The doctor and in office staff are amazing! I'd give them 5 stars. If you're needing an out of office procedure BEWARE! The scheduler was supposed to call us - never did - in three weeks! Even after calling the office twice about it. Nothing. To borrow the phrase, ain't nobody got time for that. **Update - over a month after the original appointment, we finally heard from the scheduler. Again, the Dr is great but if you don't have time on your hands to schedule an out of office procedure, GO ELSEWHERE.**

Placed a medical records request about two weeks ago. Have still not received a follow back email stating my request has been received. I've called the office multiple times. Hit or miss if I get ahold of the receptionist. When I asked how much longer it would take she could not give me an answer.

I highly recommend Dr. Tahari. He has helped me immensely with my allergies in the last two years. He is very personable, as well as knowledgable.
