I had an emergency during the great snowstorm of 2021. I had exceptional care and I needed to spend a few nights here for monitoring and because roads were impassable. The staff ensured that we were fed - even though they themselves were stuck due to the weather. I needed immediate emergency dental care, but due to the weather no dentist practice was open. However the Dr.'s and Nurses did their best to slow the rate of my infection until I was able to see a dentist. I received attentive care and I could not be happier with my stay.

Tried to charge for covid test. Other area providers confirm this is improper. Free rapid testing available nearby - was tested within an hour with results in less than two.

Went to do my covid testing and asked the employee (Mathew) if my result would come back by Friday (72h after) he was Extremely rude and just replayed “I don’t know I don’t work there.” Turn his back and left without telling me how long it’s the normal waiting period. The swap was also extremely paint full. The appointment was easy to it scheduled and I was in and out working 5 minutes
