At the time of this review posting, Fleet Feet (Round Rock) has a 5-star rating. I visited their Round Rock store today while looking for a new pair of walking/jogging shoes and enthusiastically support that rating. Carol took care of me. I explained to Carol that I have a foot injury and needed something with extra cushioning to help with my injury recovery and to help me ease back into a walking/jogging routine. After performing the 3D scan and profiling of my feet, she explained all the measurements to me and suggested some footwear options. She patiently went through at least 5-6 pairs of shoes, methodically analyzing and asking how each one fit until I was completely satisfied with the fit and comfort. I sincerely appreciate the time and effort that Carol put into my purchase. Even if I had not found an appropriate pair of shoes at this store, I will most definitely return to this location in the future just for the knowledge, commitment, and care shown to me. The shoes I ultimately went with aren't the typical sporting good store variety and paid a fair price for the quality and brand of my chosen product. That said, the price was competitive with what online shoe discounters charge. However, once you factor in the 3D scanning for fitment plus the personal attention you get from Fleet Feet, I would gladly recommend Fleet Feet to family, friends and anyone else looking for a great pair of shoes. Customer service ranks high in my choice of where I spend my money. Fleet Feet nailed it.

Got some pretty new running shoes from this location. Customer service was phenomenal! Chloe (I believe was the lady’s name) was so kind and patient with me. As a new runner, I know basically nothing. She took the time to explain things and was very patient. The 3D foot scan was SO neat and really helped to see some of the issues you’re dealing with while running. Would happily refer anyone to these guys!

I always have a great experience with Fleet Feet in Round Rock. I never had a fitting for a shoe experience until I came there. I love how they size me up, do a walk the runway walk to look at how my foot is postiton. Every since that time I always go back to get my run shoes. Just recently I was greeted by an amazing worker and t told her what I was looking for and she gave me so many options. I love my new shoes and even get compliments on them.

A friend referred me to fleet feet and I'm glad I went! Graham was the most knowledgeable guy for running shoes that I have ever met. He's also very funny and gives the best customer service I've ever received. I will definitely be returning and buying more in the near future! Graham is the man!!!
