Since Sunshine and several others left, I’ve been consistently disappointed by the quality of patient care and service. My experience today is a great example. I arrived four minutes after my scheduled allergy shot appointment and was turned away. This wouldn’t be so bad except that I have waited on them several times in the past. Another example, a few weeks ago I was told the doctor would not see me on the same day that I came in for injections. The reason being that insurance laws changed and would not cover it. They didn’t even ask me if that was an issue for me. They just told me there way no way the doctor could see me. I recently received an email explaining that there have been some medical staff changes at this location, and I really hope that will have a positive effect on the quality of care. On a positive note, the lab that they use replaced a bottle of allergy drops that I accidentally broke at no charge. The lab is separate from the clinic, but there are several other clinics. Maybe the care and service is better at other locations.

Dr Reshamwala and Kristin Foley, NP are PHENOMENAL! They are compassionate and thorough providers who always go the extra mile. In addition to them, their staff from the front to the back always make sure me and my son are well taken care of! I’m proud to make the Round Rock location my allergy home!

Great doctors Dr. Reshamwala and Kristin Foley, NP, and staff! I have been coming to them since 2017. Always greeting me with a simile upon entering and welcoming when I get my injections, they go above and beyond give great allergy shots without pain. So extremely happy I found them. I would recommend them to everyone!
