I like the whole philosophy that it's better to keep seniors in their own homes for as long as possible instead of putting them in another type of facility. My mom just needs a little help with simple things and she can stay in her own home. I also like that The company recognizes companionship as a need. That people just need someone to talk to. Your company is make a huge difference in people's lives and my mothers. She has liked all of her caregivers too! Great Job!

We currently have Home Instead Round Rock taking care of my Mother in our home. My Mother is unable to get out of bed, so she needs care 24/7. I work full-time so it is imperative that we have care we can depend on. The caregivers are wonderful with her and are always on time. Home Instead has been flexible in the past when Mom was in and out of the hospital. We could not be happier with the service we are receiving and are so thankful to have them!

Plain and simple, this is what everybody wants… It’s certainly what I want for myself and my family. Home indeed provided a caregiver that matched my parent exactly. Very positive,great caregivers for my mom an dad. Home Instead has made it possible for mom an dad to have the help they need and remain in their home. Mom and dad both want to remain in their house but need some help with shopping and food prep and well as some reminders for meds. They are minimal assistance with most everything for their care. I think they like the interaction of the care givers as well. Overall Home Instead is just wonderful!
