Delivered a dirty, broken water-slide combo. Didn't answer calls/texts for 6 hours. My son broke his foot as a result. Would not give back any money as part of their \guarantee\. Would not take/return calls to talk about the incident. Refuted claim with credit card company! Do not do business with these crooks! Edit: I have attached an invoice to prove we used this company despite their claims we did not. I have further proof if they again attempt to claim ignorance of the situation.

We had the best experience with this company! Communication was amazing, they let me know when they would deliver and pickup and they did arrive within that time frame. The bouncy house was great and was setup and taken down so quickly! We all had a blast using it. It was such an easy process. Will use them again for sure!
Overall experience was very good. Jump house was great, booking process was easy, I would have preferred a little more notice for drop off. Initially we scheduled drop off Saturday morning but they ended up dropping off Friday morning, it was great to have the bounce house for an extra day but if I didn’t work from home it would have been difficult to be home for such a last minute change. Otherwise great experience!
My kid had a ball! The guys that set up and took down the jump house were great. They kept me informed about timing and dates via text message and were fairly accurate.. The motor ran fine, the jump house had no issues, it was all very simple. The jump house had a lot of leaves in it but the guy that set up did offer to clean it out for me. I declined because I did not realize the extent of it. So if they offer, take them up on it! The price was comparable to other places. I would definitely use them again.
