FINALLY!!!! A new Metals4U, the NEW LOCATION is such a big improvement. The employees HAVE to love it. I have always hoped that they would eventually move. The employees here are always super helpful. GOOD FOR U AND CONGRATS on the new location

I am over 70 years old now, but I can take a hint. For two days I called Metals4u attempting to place an order, three of the calls I made were sent to perpetual hold, no one ever came back on the line. The second day the fourth attempt, Cathy answered and actually took my order and a couple days later she sent me an email telling me it is ready to pick up. I fought traffic for over an hour and a half and then fought tho horrible parking lot, only to be told that, as I was not hiding behind some mask, that I wasn’t welcome. I sent an email canceling the order and requesting that my credit card be credited. In the future I will arrange to obtain the material I need from another source. I called Metals2go, and have an order in with them.
