I needed to take the time to extend my gratitude and admiration for the nurse practitioner who saw me today. Her name is Emily Goble. It is rare to receive care from someone so compassionate, knowledgeable and respectful. It was simply one of the best encounters with a medical professional I've ever had. We would all be better off if her standards were implemented by the medical community as a whole. If you need compassionate care, go see this wonderful person. She cares.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all cost. Doctor is rude and over whelmed. She drives a blue Lincoln. It’s Thursday October 22 be at 1:30 We showed up at 11:0 for a sore throat. We are told to wait 2 and a half hours. Fine. We come back the and the doctor is grumbling to herself in the office. She tells us she’s going to lunch and it going to be another 90 minutes. She then tells me that my son is going to need a covid test before she will see him and they don’t offer them here. We sat around for 2 and a half hours to be told we won’t be seen. We could have went and got tested Instead of waiting around wasting time. They acted like it was our fault!!! Wasted a day of work on this!

PA Stephen Young needs to choose another career. He was belittling and honestly rude. We go in to have my son's pink eye diagnosed. He takes a look at him from across the ro and said it's not pink eye. Ooooook.....well then what is it? I told him I was sure it was because the symptoms are there and his little brother was just recovering from it. He was silent and stuck to the idea of it not being pink eye. In the end he gives me a RX and so I ask if it's pink eye??? He said it's hard to tell???? Isn't that your job? Waste of my deductible pay. Please don't go here, this man needs to be in a different career. So sad.

Waste of money. Seriously!! I was told it was just a virus and sent on my way after collecting 174. I just got out of my usual providers office and I have had an ear, sinus, and throat infection that im told was easy to diagnose.
