Sir, I had my 2016 RAV4 repaired and serviced in Round Rock this week. I just want to tell you that all the folks at your store were friendly and professional. Especially Bob L and Gilbert who worked with me on a warranty issue and facilitated an acceptable and fair compromise. Note this was my first experience with a Toyota extended warranty. I would also like to mention Samantha and Sandra with whom I spoke several times on the phone. My service coordinator was Iris; top notch, knowledgeable, and friendly. People like the ones mentioned above are likely why I have purchased five cars there over the past several years. It is refreshing and makes me happy to know that people in a fast moving business still care abut civil speech and working with the customer.

Round Rock Toyota is a great place to get a new or used car. My sales person, Randy Sanchez, was great. He was patient with me while I tried to make a decision on which truck was right for me and got me a good deal in the end. I'll definitely ask for him again and would recommend him to anyone.
