The staff here OMG, EXCELLENT!!!! My dog, MAX, loves going, staying etc. They make you feel like you are doing business with a family member. When you get a chance, let your dog go there.

We always feel confident leaving our two dogs in the care of the staff at Shady Acres. Our two are rather anxious and need a little extra TLC and from the first time meeting the staff, they understood their needs and spoke to us in a way that made us feel they were in good hands. It’s hard to leave our dogs but with Shady Acres we never worry they are getting anything but the best of care. We always look forward to getting their Report Cards and photos. It lets us know they are being considered the whole time we are away. This was also our first time using the grooming service and we were very pleased with their cleaned up new hair cuts, just in time for Christmas. This is an excellent add on service! We won’t take our dogs anywhere else!
I really love this place! They have a lot of space for my pup to play and she has so many friends to see too :) They also send me an easy to review receipt and last week they even emailed me a picture of my dog playing during the day. It's super easy to schedule and add on things like a bath or nail trim. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is professional, sincere and more than accommodating whenever issues arise. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here. Definitely reserve early!

First stay at Shady Acres. Our three dogs loved it there. Felt so comfortable dropping them off; the staff was very informative and helpful. From my first call inquiring to dropping the pups off, the staff was so very thorough. I knew exactly what was needed of us to book and stay and pay, and I loved their electronic system. Made it so easy. Dogs came home happy and we LOVED the report cards they got at the end - so cute! What a creative and personal touch. Felt great supporting this local business after the year I’m sure they had ... people probably traveling less. Highly recommend.
