We love this store! It's local and family owned. Customer service is above and beyond. Ben was really great to our family throughout the whole process. I can't say enough good things about the installation crew. They were timely, professional and courteous. This is our second time using them and we will for sure be back for any of our future flooring needs.

We recently installed wood flooring in our master bedroom suite. The installers had to match to existing flooring we already had in the living room and hallway leading to our bedroom. They tore out a few pieces of the old flooring, inserted the new pieces and matched with no seams. It is beautiful and the installers were very courteous and professional.

This family-owned business in Round Rock did a 5-star job on our upstairs carpeting! You can tell that Stephanie & Ben Hendrix are very passionate about delivering a top-notch customer experience. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable about flooring choices for my home and provided good advice without the pressure of upselling. They told me the installation of 2200 sq ft of carpeting would take only one day, and sure enough, the dedicated crew for Soleil Floors managed it. Stephanie and Ben came out to inspect the installation and made sure everything was to perfection. Soleil Floors might not be cheaper than the big box stores, but they offer amazing service, great product, and a personalized customer experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install high-quality flooring in the Round Rock or Austin area.
