Been back and forth to this place that's \so busy\ it takes hours to see someone, and when you call end up on hold for an hour and never spoke to anyone. And the little Mexican lady who sits at one of the windows has no type of customer service skills..rude, ignores people talking to her, but will jump in to assist another person at a different window while she's suppose to be assisting you. I'm appalled at what I've been dealing with trying to get health care for my newborn. Straight bs

Some of the people there are very nasty not professional at all I must say I only met three very nice professional people at this place but it not strange for workers at places like this to act in this way is like they took the uneducated people and try to make them into some what professional people just be ready.

The people who work there seem nice. But the office needs to be more accommodating to any one coming in for service. Why should an elderly person, a handicapped person, or any time there is a line forming stand behind that blue line.. . Especially when there are four people sitting at the windows, and only one is helping any one. They aren't cattle... Or school children waiting on line for lunch.. How hard is it to put a number machine in the office so any one can sit abd wait their turn? SERIOUSLY. ?Consideration... Understanding.. COMPASSION... The office is not so high and mighty that they can't be more human..

I had been having some difficulty receiving correct information through phone calls. I was speaking with different individuals each call and getting a different answer each time. I drove to this office and Tarann Hawkins went above and beyond to help me. She met with me two times to ensure that I received accurate information and had a full understanding of the process. She cares about people and that's why she's AMAZING at her job.
