What I love most is that my clothes never smell like chemicals. I like the convenient drop off. Delivery and pickup is available. They seem to have taken over for the MW Cleaners (Mens Warehouse Cleaners) experiment from a few years ago.

Tide Cleaners is a bit further away than other cleaners, but i always make the drive! They are so polite and helpful! My clothes are done super quick, their text ahead express makes sure my clothes are pulled and ready when i walk in. I think they are well worth the drive and the cost, and I am very pleased with them overall. I usually have to visit about 2 times a month as my boyfriend works in an office environment where he has to dress up a couple times a month, so far after 18 months of using them and about 6 visits they have been a 5 star every time! I love the consistency of service.
The customer service is great. Very pricey. Lately I've gotten other people's clothing, they broke my mother's zipper on her dress and couldn't fix it and lost my shawl. Something is happening with the Quality of work.
We submitted two sweaters of mine and a blazer of my husband’s to be cleaned. My husband’s blazer came back with brown stains on the front back and sleeves which weren’t there when we sent to Tide Cleaners. We let them know about the stains and they apologized and asked us to resubmit for a second cleaning at no charge. We resubmitted the blazer with sticky notes at every spot there was a spot and when we got it back, only half the stains had come out. We contacted the delivery person again, and she apologized and said we would be reimbursed for the cleaning and to submit it one more time to get the stains out. We received the blazer back a third time and none of the remaining stains were removed. In addition, not only did they not reimburse us for the blazer, they charged us again for the cleaning. My husband then called and texted the manager. He has yet to hear back, although a reversal of the second charge for the blazer came through. We have yet to be reimbursed for the original charge.
