I have been going to Westlake Dermatology for different reasons for the past 6 years, and every visit I have had has been great! The staff are always professional, friendly, and prompt; I rarely have to wait more than a minute or two to be seen by an assistant or doctor. The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and do a good job of putting me at ease by answering any questions I have, explaining procedures, giving recommendations, etc. The billing and payment process is always smooth and timely. I have had no issues. My first procedure was a breast augmentation with Dr. Craven at the Westlake location. The rest of my procedures since then have been dermatology related with Dr. Moseley. Both doctors were so helpful and have done an excellent job. I highly recommend Westlake Dermatology! I have referred my sister and mother, as well as a few friends already and will keep singing their praises!

Customer service was wonderful. Quick Followup. They called right away with my test results and when I didn't call them back, they called me again to make sure I had my results. Dr. Moseley is very thorough and very personable.

I got bad acne last year and was pretty nervous about seeing a dermatologist for the first time. I had spend upwards of 800 trying to self treat my acne. Dr. Mosley was really sweet and helpful! The office staff is welcoming and nice as well. Dr. Mosley’s nurse is also super helpful over the phone and returns your phone call quickly. The medication I got I had an allergic reaction to and they saw me very quickly after this. I got a different oral medication and it’s helped my skin so much! Some of the ointments were expensive (even with insurance) but worth it!! My skin looks so much better and and healthy! I’m so glad I chose this place.

I have had 2 procedures done so far. Both exceeded my expectations! First I had Smartlipo on my upper/lower abdomen, flanks and inner thighs. During the surgery, (which I was awake for) Dr McGee and the wonderful nurses helping him were so kind to me! He did such an amazing job I am just thrilled with my results! The pain was minimal, and the procedure did not take long. They gave excellent guidance throughout the healing process. I recently went back for more Smartlipo on my chin/neck area as well. The procedure was very fast and almost painless for most of it! I seriously want to cry happy tears when I see myself in the mirror because it was an area of been self conscious about for most of my life! I just keep smiling! They call the day after procedure to check on you, and you get a one week follow up, and a 5 week follow up. The staff at Westlake Dermatology are so great, so informative and straightforward, and have I mentioned they are so incredibly kind? The pricing, in my opinion, is very reasonable. Worth every penny! I’m so excited about the changes that DrMcgee has made to my body; I used to struggle with working out because the areas I hated most would not budge. Now that those areas are gone, I feel so much more motivated to work out, and I don’t get so discouraged! I work out all the time now and it just keeps getting better! It’s ok to reach your body goals in so many different ways, and I will forever recommend Westlake Dermatology and Dr McGee and his staff to anyone who asks (and to people who don’t ask, because I’m so excited that I can’t stop talking about it)! Thank you so much Westlake Dermatology! I wish I could give 10 stars!

I just moved to Texas from NY and this was my first visit to WD and I came away very very impressed. The facility in Round Rock is beautiful, comfortable and clean - it does not look like a dermatology office. The staff was also very good. The entire process was quick and efficient but I did not feel rushed. I had zero wait time which is something very new to me since most NYC doctors appointments turn into waiting sessions. Last but not least, Dr. Sandoval was terrific. She went through my body scan and talked through things I brought up and commented on what I should I should be doing to protect my skin. I felt at ease with her and really appreciated the time she took walking me through things. All in all, a terrific experience. I already booked my body skin for next year.
