We have chosen Wyoming Springs to move our dad into and could not be happier. The staff are warm and caring and made the transition so smooth. I would call them \ angels\. Donna has taken time and communicated with us every step of the way. She has trained her staff well. Jennifer and Shannan are on top of things. The staff are always smiling and happy to be there. The food is great. Lydia keeps the place hopping. I can't say enough good things about Wyoming Springs. If you are looking for an Assisted Living our family says \Look no further this is the real deal\.

My Mom has lived at Wyoming Springs Assisted living for almost 3 years and she moved over to Memory Care this past June. Shannan, the Memory Care coordinator, and her staff made every effort to see that she engage in activities and became part of the group. They are the most dedicated people you would want to care and look after your family. When I leave after a visit I feel confident my mother is cared and looked after. An example of care was a day my mom was having a difficult morning, at one point my Mom was sitting out in the common area and Shannan happened to be there. My Mom asked to hold Shannan's hand and without hesitation she sat down and held my Mom's hand. It was all about making my Mom feel safe. You can't teach this, her first concern and the concern of the others who work in MC is to make not only my Mom but all the other residents feel safe and loved. I have witnessed many little things that go unnoticed normally. The brushing of one's hair so they look nice, a quick squeeze of a hand to let them know they are ok, a smile to let them know I see you and you matter. It's listening to a resident tell a far fetched story that scares them and immediately they try to alleviate the resident's fears. When having to make the difficult decision to place your loved one in a memory care facility know that at Wyoming Springs Memory Care they will be treated like family. They are the BEST!!

My mother has lived at Wyoming Springs for about 3 years, first in assisted living then switching to memory care earlier this year. She settled in very well from the beginning. The facility is quite nice, has good food and the 2-room apartment in the assisted living side is homey with lots of room. However, the memory care rooms are very small, with room for little furniture besides a bed and chair and a dresser. We ended up getting her a double room so she could also have a small table for doing puzzles and have two comfy chairs with a little side table so we could visit and spend time together in her room instead of out in the public area. Employees are competent & friendly. I would like to mention Tammy in particular. She is very friendly, spends extra time visiting with residents. She uses a lot of humor with the residents, which is the best way to work with my mom to persuade her to do some of the things she resists, such as baths. Overall I definitely would recommend Wyoming Springs.

My mother was in Memory Care at WS for 5.5 years. It was a good experience for us all at every stage along the way, from very active to end of life. Her prior home situation was not good. She thrived when she moved to WSMC and started being involved in activities, receiving nutritious hot meals, and getting her meds monitored and delivered effectively. She made friends with other residents, enjoyed being out on the patio in good weather, and liked participating in the fun facility-wide activities like children trick-or-treating and the family picnic. As she declined, the support of the staff helped make sure she was safe and cared for, always out with others and engaged in the ways that she could be. I am thankful for the care she received and recommend the facility and staff. I spent a great amount of time there over those 5.5 years, and I am grateful for the efforts of facility management and staff to make my mother's last years as pleasant, fun, and nurturing as possible.

The staff is excellent. The hardest part of a facility like this is finding & keeping caring, dedicated staff. This has been wonderfully accomplished. The infrastructure is out of the on site management control tho. Daily maintenance appears quite acceptable. I visited for a week everyday. Had meals. Interacted with residents & staff. Absolutely first class. Ownership needs to be sure building is properly maintained, ie. HVAC system (ducting, filters) & carpet maintenance. Both need attention imo but that is ownership responsibility. On site maintenance personnel are best resource for ownership to consult.
