This place SUCKS!!! It was so much better before it changed ownership . I have been here a few times and have been very disappointed. Every time I have been there I had to wait at least 10 minutes before I was checked out, not to mention that I had placed an order for a couple of parts and no one called me when they came in or keep me informed about there progress. Very unprofessional and they don't keep adequate stock of paints and basic modeling materials.
For anyone that cares and so you don't waste your time and gas getting down there, like I did, just to find that on the sign, they have written, under new management only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No one can take two minutes and update their answering machine, Facebook page or google. Thanks, and please hold your breath for me to return.
I would have given ten stars if it let me. This place is great, they have or can get anything you need, and Kevin is very helpful and is plugged in to the rc world.
The reason I give this 3 stars is because some of the new employees that have been working here for a couple of months mess up a lot doing stuff around the store, but they are getting better. The Owner Juergen Horn is very helpful and is very nice!
I love coming here for all my rc needs, if they don't have it ,they can order it.... very helpful and they know there stuff . ( gonna miss JODY & JUSTIN )
The damn place is "OUT of BUSINESS". I drove an hour to find that out. You would think they at lease would have the decency to take down this web site,
I was told by the manager "It's not my job to find part numbers for what you need, get me a part number and I will get you the part!" ... I Googled it .... they didn't have it anyway. Waste of time, I wasn't looking for an attitude, just a spur gear!
