Parking with card is 2.30 whereas with cash it is 2. That's 15% extra. Better get in before 9am on weekdays or else you won't get a spot.

After they reworked the parking lot it is actually nice. What is annoying though is that on top of an already overpriced Metra ticket you are still paying a fee for parking while the much cheaper Pace bus has free parking. When you use daily parking the walk can be long depending what time in the morning you get to the station.
