Wow this company is fantastic. They came out Wednesday in this awful weather to fix our heating system and will be coming back to install a new one for us as ours is old and needs to be replaced. 5 Star is definitely recommended and are now our HVAC company from now on!! Thank you! UPDATE: 5 Star came back Thursday to install our new heating system and they did an absolute fantastic job!! In freezing cold weather, they got that new system installed and we had heat within a few hours....they were quick and efficient. Excellent company. Jose, Ray and the 3 gentlemen who worked on getting us up and running!! Thank you!!!!

OMG!! Ray is amazing!! Seriously! It is 12 degrees outside and we were without power for 14 hours. When power came back, the heat didn’t. I called 5 Star and no lie, with 6” of snow on the ground, Ray was here in 1 hour! He was able to talk me through all the problems and within 2 hours of realizing the heat didn’t come back, we had heat. I am saving their number and will only use 5-Star moving forward. Literally a life saver in this weather!

Shopped around for a new AC / Furnace. Ended up with 5 Star because of their customer service. From start to finish Troy made sure everything was perfect. There was a slight hiccup during installation and Troy stayed on top of it, even visiting the house multiple times in one day. In my opinion Troy and 5 star went above and beyond to make everything right during peak heat of Texas summer. Icing on the cake, I called 5 Star to ask about an issue I thought was Furnace related. Turned out to be a water heater pressure relief issue. Troy helped me narrow down the problem over the phone, and it wasn’t even related to the service 5 Star performed. Couldn’t be happier with this company and their staff. If you are in the market for a new system or a repair. Stop looking and call.

After having another AC company look at my system 4 different times and selling me part after part and still could not figure out the problem they just gave up and said i need a new heat pump frustrated i called 5 Star HVAC to give a second opinion, when Jose came out it took him less than 10 minutes to fix the problem not only was Jose very professional and Knowledgeable He did not charge me for the repair. My unit is working just fine now Thanks Jose and 5 Star I will never use another AC company again customer for life...
