Truly am disappointed on how things are being ran now at this place. After being a very loyal customer for more than over a year, never had one single problem until the the new management showed up. If you were in the middle of a game the previous owner would let you finish your session first. With this new owner, they don’t even care. Where can I sign the petition to get the owner back? Cause I would gladly give him my money and not this person who forgets to schedule people even when they reserve a time frame hours in advance just because a bigger party comes along. It’s not all about the money man. I understand that it’s a business but you also have to learn how to treat people so that they keep coming back. That’s just poor service to the people willing to spend money at that place. If there was a way to give this place zero stars then I would. To every person that I’ve recommended this place to, I’m just going to tell them to stay away from now on. You sir just lost my business.

Very disappointed in this place. My son and I try to come here all the time, but the doors are frequently locked. There are no posted hours of operation on the door. We have called many times but they have only answered once. The one time they did answer was yesterday, a Saturday, and the guy didn't even answer the phone like a business. Just said hello. We had to ask if we had the right place. We asked about coming in to practice on the field and he said the place is closed on Saturdays. Seems like the best day to be open for a place like this. Either way, he said we could come in the next day, Sunday, at 12. We got there at 12 and the place is closed once again. Waited 15 minutes and tried to call, but no answer. The owner actually stood us up for a scheduled time. And my son's club team has scheduled and paid for field use on numerous occasions only to have the owner cancel our reservations last minute because he double booked the field. The one time we have been able to just walk in and pay for open field play, the guy was on his cell phone the entire time ignoring people at the counter and being quite rude to guests. Why even own this place if you don't seem to be interested in being open and when you are you dump on your paying customers?

I like going to this place time to time whenever it’s cold or rainy or too hot don’t expect too much from this complex there’s no wall for the ball to come back nor is there a door so the ball doesn’t go on the other fields which kinda sucks to be honest and the net has some holes which really sucks you can see bare wood and then nets for the goals are pretty bad same with the goal material it’s like a steel pool with duck tape on it it works but not the best I’d love to see this place look a little bit better but for the price 10 bucks per person is pretty cheap

Have been coming to this place for a very long time. The new owner claims he has free play and no where does it say how many people you have to have. So about 4 of us wanted to play also we played yesterday only 3 of us and owner was okay but today he said I have to charge you 40 to play. I’m never coming here again I have seen 3 owners come and go they were very nice e people this guy is money hungry I’m not gonna be giving my money here ever again.

Kick-em is mainly a indoor soccer facility. I coach baseball and football. Fall season has its challenges with rain and sunlight. Thanks to Kick-em, my flag and tackle football teams were able to practice indoor.

The only person working ingored the pregnant lady trying to buy a bottle of water while talking to his buddies for over five minutes. I'd rather drink my own aminotic fluid than give these jerks my money. We won't be back.

I love the place but they should really let us know that someone has to rent the place before u could go in, so it’s not a walk in place.
