Was a bit of a rocky experience, but all in all, the company did what was right. After what I felt was a poor installation job, the sales manager, Jeremiah, ended up offering to have the contractor return to fix the caulking in the bathroom and area in my sons room that required new paneling. He also reimbursed for the damaged plants in the front yard and cleaning fees for the mess that was left. I appreciate that Jeremiah saw the customer's perspective and listened to their concerns. Thank you for your professionalism.

Very disappointed, Jeremiah - the sales person and manager was attentive until I paid the windows. The installers cut a lot of corners. They had to come back multiple times to fix things that they did improperly. They did a terrible job giving me an external trim for the windows that got detached in less than 4 months and the water was leaking into the house during heavy rain cussing an electrical short that up until now is not working. When they came back last time, I realized that all the windows were installed without insulation. When I asked the installer Peter, he stated that it was not necessary to do so because the caulk will make a a seal around the window. They wanted to make me feel better so they tucked some insulation in the last two windows. Very dishonest company, they lack work ethics. Find another company that has better customer service and stand up for their products/install .

Windows are great. The sales rep was professional. I would definitely hire again if I had more windows.
