I highly recommend United Access. They do great work and have been taking care of my mobility needs for over a decade. The staff, Jimmy, Jordan and Kevin are extremely nice and helpful and always giving me the best advice and great deals. They have a beautiful shop with a great waiting area with TV and free beverages. I will never even consider going elsewhere.

I am so impressed with the staff and service of United Access, especially Shandra, Kimberly Crown and Jimmy Feid, the manager in Carrollton . They knew I needed a vehicle to help someone in a wheelchair on Christmas Day and they really went out of their way to make it happen. They obviously are in this business because they truly care about people! The vehicle I rented was inexpensive and is in mint condition. I recommend them to anyone that would like to do business with a company that cares more about people, their needs and their welfare more than money.

The people here are great. Some of the nicest I've ever met They did an outstanding job on installing a scooter lift on my car. I had a blood sugar problem while I was there They rushed to find and provide me with some carbs to elevate my BS. They waited until I was stable and saw me to my vehicle. Their professionalism is only exceeded by their care for others. They also fed me some excellent barbecued pork, that Mitch had done the night before. I thank you all so for your care.
