These people are incompetent thieves. Their website doesn't work, they use a call center with people that have no clue as to what they're answering for. Was a customer for over 30 years with the same service. AmeriGas bought them out. We were on auto deliver and they never once did so. Had to call three times and we ran out of propane. Hugh Gallagher is a thief and only cares about lining his pockets.. Covid to you and your family Mr. Gallagher.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Placed my order on 1/22 today is 2/5, I still have not received my delivery. They changed the delivery date 3 times without notifying me, I have to keep calling to get updates because the delivery dates in my account is inaccurate. Waited 1hr and 50 mins to speak to a supervisor then gave up. Every rep I spoke to told me a different lie as to why I'm not getting my gas. After waiting all day today for my delivery, I called back only to hear the delivery date was changed again (4th time). I told them to refund my money and come get the empty tank . I have lost total confidence in this organization and don't believe a word they say. Hopefully they will refund my money. I also found out they don't even have a local office anymore. They used to be a lot better, I have no idea what happened.
Let's be clear, AmeriGas and Carolane are not the same. When it was Carolane, and ran out of gas they were there same day. NOW with AmeriGas, they will tell you it might take 2 weeks and not to check in with local office because they will not be able to affect delivery time and emergency services aren't available in Rougemont ? Is that really how a propane company is supposed to operate when customer is out of gas in the middle of winter ? Give a 2 week window, wish them the best of luck, and say that there are literally no options to fix the situation.
Very pleasant and knowledgeable associates. No questions were left unanswered.
UPDATED: I will admit that Tammy at the local office really wanted to make this right. I arranged an appointment, the service gentlemen were early, and everything was fixed. I have been a faithful customer of this location for five years. I made a service appointment 3 weeks in advance (which is ridiculous anyway) and on the day of the appointment, they had to reschedule. Then on the day of the rescheduled appointment, they also had to cancel again! They claimed they tried to reach me, but I truly believe they are lying. I took off work to accommodate their schedule as well. I have given them chance after chance to show that they understand good customer service, but in the last year, they continue to fail time after time. I’m going to Snipes.
