Called this place at 4 pm on a weekday. After getting transferred 5 times, I finally get a live person on the phone. He spent 5 minutes chatting to a coworker then said they would call me back...they never did. For a facility that’s based on caring for people, I’m not seeing anything like that from here. If you’re looking for proper care, look elsewhere.

No stars for this place. Still waiting for a resolution for an issue with my mother for almost two months. No return calls. I had to call the leadership team to get a return phone call but still getting run around. Please do better.

Not sure what is taking forever with test results. I called the hospital so many times and it just keeps saying operator is busy waiting for 15 minutes and tried again..same situation. I just want to know my results if someone can upload them to the results please!Time is running out with the holidays coming up.

Terrible service, was on hold for 1hr 47min until my phone died. This is the third time, for that amount of time. Also, they said my test results should be uploaded to the my chart portal in 2 business days its been 4. When I was there I felt like I was a burden, also after waiting for an 1hr 30min in the cold they finally collected my information and then lost it. I'm worried that they didn't even send my sample to the lab. Wish they would just pick up the phone to confirm and to provide me with some sort of information. I don't write negative reviews often, but these test results are time sensitive and I felt compelled to write something because of how poor my experience was.

Die give them zero stars if I could. If you’re going there for a covid test, just forget about it. Today is day 6 since I’ve had the text done and they still do not have my results. I missed 6 days of work waiting on them.
