I ordered a custom made table and chairs on July 28, I was told it would table 10-12 weeks to be made, I gave them a 1350 deposit. Today is November 13, almost week 16 and still no table and chairs! I just found our YESTERDAY that the table hasn't even been started and they won't give me a date when it will be done. They are refusing to refund my deposit because it is a special order but they have not held up their end of the deal. I have been lied to for the past month about the status of my order and getting these people to give you a straight answer is like pulling teeth. They will not give me the owners name and it takes weeks to get a return phone call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ENJOY BEING LIED TO AND TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.
