I would not hire this company! I had a conversation with Jim Brown a day after he was scheduled to come out to give me a quote that he never showed up for and didn't even bother to call to say he couldn't make it, during our conversation he only was concerned about if someone else had come out, when I explained to him that someone did but they never sent the quote and they never returned a phone call he was quick to say he wasn't coming and declined my buisness, he also was rude and dismissive of my needs and stated \it's not my problem!\ When I explained it was for an insurance claim. BAD POTENTIAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! LACK OF CUSTOMER CONCERN AND NEEDS!! HE WAS VERY RUDE, LOUD AND TALKING DOWN TO ME!!!
