I'm a LaserDisc collector and often struggle finding any shops that carry any. UHF on the other hand was overwhelming in the best of ways. Massive selection that despite my stack being nearly a foot tall, I still barely scratched the surface. Lots of variety with other media as well, which is great. Fantasric atmosphere and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. If I lived closer I'd frequently stop by, but for now I'll have to settle with visiting any time I'm on this side of the state. Don't miss out!

Nice place, followed safety guidelines for COVID. Has tons of stuff besides vinyl, like comics, books, posters, CDs, etc

A great record store!!! They were very organized....I also felt very safe while I was in there....they have an 8 customer limit, the employees were wearing masks, and sanitizer was provided at the door!!!! I will check them out next time

Despite existing in such a small space, UHF is packed with a ton of great stuff. As a bonus it's all very well organized and the product is constantly rotating out so there's always new stuff to find. Every time I've been there I've found something I didn't even know existed and typically for a very fair price. They primarily deal in vinyl records and paper back novels, especially pulp and sci-fi kinda stuff. If you look above and below you'll be rewarded with a nice selection of collectibles, magazines, t-shirts and laserdiscs.

I haven't been moved to purchase new music in a long time. I really forgot the magic of exploring older music. It's so many overlooked gems. Check out our YouTube channel Michigan streets and eats
