We were here visiting family and my daughter accidentally stabbed her arm. I called ahead and told them we’re on the way. We only waited less than a minute and they took her to the back. The staff was very friendly and took care of her fast. Great service. My daughter was scared (suffers from Anxiety) and the PA Carlos was awesome, he talked to her and explained everything that he was doing, he answered all her questions. He was very soothing and she was very calm while he did her stitches. The facility was very clean.

My doctors office had to cancel my presurgery evaluation due to EKG being down. Had to find a place to get results within 5 days. After a few calls i went to CareSpot in Wellington as they stated results in 3 days. The cost was 100 more than evaluation at my regular place. The nurse was courteous and drew my blood first try and did my EKG. The doctor however was rude and didnt want to be bothered by me. He informed me that i have to come back after bloodwork. Unfortunately, this was not expressed prior and would create a burden on me. The doctor reluctantly performed the exam which lasted under 3 mins [shorter than his refusal] and consists of listening to me breathe and hit my knees with a gadget. Two days later i received a call that they lost my blood. Had to leave work and rush in to draw more. This time it took two nurses, both arms and 3 jabs, the last that resulted in a nasty bruise that is still there a week later. Luckily my results were back in time and i was cleared in time. Way more stress, grief and cost than one needs when they are facing surgery.

Covid testing could use some organization. Took 4 days ok fine I can live with that but then they send a text with the negative result with no name attached. No way to get an email of results. Have to go back into the clinic to get a print out done. Couldn’t use the text to get kids back in school etc. Why make it so hard to get the results back efficiently with a file that can presented for negative verification?

Decided to go to this clinic on 12/28/2020 based on excellent reviews. The place is clean and well set . My 1 star is based on my frustration that I waited for 2 hours, which is okay and had no problem with it, but when I am getting checked into the exam room this urse\ called Adam asked for the reason of my visit and I started to explain the symptoms I was having in details he just rolled his eyes as if I was boring him witch of course made me tell him that I could leave if that was in someway being inconvenient, in response he \apologized\ , and honestly I'm not sure he paid any attention to me after that. I think that would not be unreasonable to expect after waiting that long and being a paying patient that I could have 5 or 10 minutes of attention. Sorry I went there.

I called in to make an appointment, They told me to come right in.. got there in 10 mins.Checked me in. Ashley at the front desk was so nice and made me feel comfortable. The wait was no more than 10 mins, they called me to the back gave me a check up and sent me on my way. This place is clean, not packed full of people. They have 6 ft apart seating due to Covid-19. Quick, Fast and I got everything I needed and I’m very satisfied. I Highly Recommend this Facility!!!
