The staff here is phenomenal! Ric at the front desk is so nice & helpful with all your needs, he really knows how to treat a person who is hurting. Karen the RN was so funny & made my wounds nice and clean, as well as pretty. The whole experience was smooth and not rushed. Really appreciated how much care and time they took to make me feel better. No better place to go! Thank you guys!

I took my son to MedEx for an arm/wrist sport’s injury at school. His high school trainer recommended it ASAP. We waited a short time, possibly 15 minutes, and saw an amazing NP named Teondra(?) who ordered X-rays. After the radiologist said they were negative, she manipulated the wrist and said she believed there could be a fracture not evident on the films and suggested we see an orthopedist the next day. We were given a list of names but called the one she recommends often, OCPBC in Wellington because it was convenient. We saw Dr. Ezra Berkowitz who confirmed the fracture and set his arm in a cast. Beyond Grateful to that NP!

Went for a covid test. The wait was well within a reasonable time. The staff was personal and competent. If need be, I would definitely return.

My daughter was misdiagnosed by the NP and called later by the radiologist who told her she would need to follow up with a specialist. The next day when she went to get her records(as she was told to do), she asked for a doctors note and crutches since she was unable to walk and they REFUSED saying that she would have to see the doctor on call that day and pay another deductible. Can they not read her chart? I called and asked to speak to the person in charge. I was assured of a call-back and never received one. I tried to reach the regional manager Jason about this to no avail! I thought you all should know, for them its all about the !!!!
