The only saving grace about this place is the super kind maintenance staff. Management communicates poorly and projects such as window replacements/power washing often take place without warning during early hours. Parking spaces are extremely small and there are no cameras in place to monitor the parking lot.

Great apartment complex and plus its in walking distance to campus! The office staff and maintenance team are so friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time here and recommend it to others :)

While searching for a place to live next year, I called royal village many times asking different questions. Emily was so helpful every time I called and was always so enthusiastic and ready to answer my questions. The apartments themselves were some of the best I have seen in Gainesville! It was a really great experience overall!

I talked to Emily while on the phone and she was the nicest and most helpful person I have talked to in my search. I have talked to her several times thus far in trying to learn more about the apartment and she has always been very enthusiastic in answering my questions. Also the apartments are very nice!

Perfect location for students - not too far from campus and there's a bus stop near by! The staff is super friendly as well. Emily in the front office was so helpful when I was locked out of my apartment!
