10 STARS!! Bruce went out of his way to correct an existing system in our house that no other company would try! He worked under a very tight timeline since we were selling our house. He did his best to keep the costs low and finished the job below his estimate! Great customer service, highly knowledgeable and reasonable cost! My realtor says she will only recommend them for future clients!!

I am a residential builder and have led numerous home remodels that included the installation of a radon mitigation system - so I have some experience. I was new to the area for this project, so had to find a new expert in this area. After some research I picked Radon Technical & Environmental. Wow, I couldn't have been more impressed. They were professional (not a sales job, rather very practical about what we needed), responsive, and did a great job with the install - neat, efficient and effective. These folks are the best!

During finalizing the sale of our home, we found that we had a radon level just over the recommended limit (4.5 pCi/L). When our house was built 17 years earlier, our builder had installed a passive mediation system, so we needed to have it converted to an active removal system. I researched a few mitigation companies and chose RTE. At that time, I was dealing with numerous tradesmen, servicemen, utility companies, real estate professionals-- a lot of people. This company stands out among them as trustworthy professionals. From my first call to Bruce, to the work done by his son, Bruce Jr., to arranging the post-mitigation testing (done by separate company), my experience was nothing short of a pleasure. The finished job was exactly the price quoted, the work was done professionally, quickly, and correctly (as the post-mitigation testing confirmed). Bruce Jr. arrived when promised, installed the radon fan to convert our passive system into an active removal system, and cleaned up every speck of debris. Both Bruces kept their word on everything, from time of appointments, to the total costs, to completing every bit of work they said they'd do, and answered my (many) questions along the way quickly. I can't say enough good about this company. No one looks forward to having work like this done, but it's a huge comfort to deal with professionals who you can trust. And BTW, they weren't super close-by... I think it was almost a 2 hour drive from their home base area to my residence, but the distance was not reflected in the price. Being that far away also makes the fact that Bruce Jr. arrived when promised (maybe a few minutes early, if memory serves correctly) even more impressive. Quit reading reviews and schedule with RTE.
