Worst pharmacy! My insurance makes me use them. They are always out of something. I will now have to drive 30 mins into town to get an emergency Rx!

Terrible, never have a UPS package shipped to them, went to pick it up could read the shipping label and the package. Kept telling the guy that it was mine and he kept arguing with me that it wasn’t, and then moved it to where I couldn’t see the package and told me to call UPS that they must have lost it. Left angry, then came back that night and a competent employee easily found the box and gave it to me.

Horrible, disgusting customer service! I could give them Zero stars! These kind of employees tear down the company! Firstly I bought some stuff from the medical aisle and went to the pharmacy and she was on the phone and wouldn’t help me and sent me to the front counter. There were 4 employees who were hanging out in the front who totally ignored me as I was waiting to be checked out! I just dropped everything on the counter and left. These employees need to learn that their paychecks are brought to them by customers. I went to Walmart and bought the same stuff at half the price! Save yourselves the trouble and drive to Walmart instead. You won’t have to waste your time waiting and feeling like they’re doing you a favor!

The pharmacy staff is hit or miss sometimes super friendly sometimes it feels as though you are infringing on their time. There is usually a long line and the drive thru forget it. Bring a sleeping bag and make sure you have a full tank of gas. I don’t understand if you can’t keep up with customer demand should management not hire more? Or is it true customer service is no more longer important.

I’ve been to several CVS locations and I absolutely dread having to use this one. Our prescriptions are never ready on time (even when they text you saying it is) and the drive thru is absurdly slow. They should be embarrassed by the amount of complaints they get, the solution is clear yet for some reason speeding things up is an impossible task.
