We decided to come into this bank because of the convenience of it's location to our business. Right away you walk in and the atmosphere makes you forget that you're even at a bank. Jennifer helped answer all of our questions regarding opening our first business account. The process was so smooth and easy we even opted to open a personal account. I have been with Guarantee when they were initially under another name. When Guarantee bought the branch, I was concerned about changes. Thankfully they kept all the amazing employees and made the transition go smoothly. Every time I go, be it via the drive thru or going inside, in treated like family.
