I was to start by saying that this is where you want to go for your animal needs if you live anywhere near this area. They're the best. Went for a check up on my Australian shepherd, and just expected to get her shots and that he the end of it. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. She's now being treated for heartworms, and the staff were so kind and genuinely caring. I believe the ones that assisted me were Katie and Sam(I'm so sorry if this isn't your name, I'm awful with names!). I work for Verizon and deal with the public all the time, and they did an AMAZING job. Really. They're people that really do care about their patients and the keepers. When they broke the news to me, I could tell that it was difficult for them as well, and that in itself really shows their genuine compassion. They gave my girl lots of love and treated her so kindly. You guys have a great team and should be proud of the work you do. I'll recommend you guys every single time. Thank you.

Our cat has been having trouble of various and random symptoms for about a year. We had taken her to another local office and an emergency visit to UGA. I was so pleased with our visit to Royston Animal Hospital. Due to the covid restrictions, we could not go inside but they came to our car and had a very thorough conversation. They said the doctor would call me, and he did. He was very concerned about the wellbeing of our cat and took her symptoms seriously. He is the only one who has mentioned suspicions of an underlying cause. He explained his thoughts and laid out a clear plan on treatment. He was open to discussion and very understanding on the tests I denied. His treatment worked beautifully!!! Our cat is looking and feeling so much better now thanks to this wonderful team! I can't recommend them enough!

Always the best service and care for my fur loved ones. In fact, my Leon (Feisty Cat) almost died in the hands of my old vet, if it was not for Royston Animal Hospital, I would have lost Leon two years ago. He is still well and kicking!! All three of my babies are treated here and will for a long time.
